【New Exhibition Style】
The 4 different types of individual tents allow a new and original presentation. The outside can be designed to preference. As it is an individual original space, the area can be used for other purposes than exhibiting. The usage of sound, lights, performances and invitations is also allowed.

Deploy brand and product promotion targeting 120,000 high sensitivity users effectively and efficiently.The visitors of TDW are incubators with high information sensitivity. Over 120,000 people will act as their own media and promote/report using social media such as twitter or Facebook.

TDW visitors are people who follow trends and the source of trends before the general public. It’s an ideal place for product test marketing by the axis of the life sensitivity beyond age and sex.
③ Place for Business Matching
It is an event not only for matching with buyers, distributors and media, but with new potential opportunities as well. It’s a place for cross i encounter with a variety of large and small industries, designers, artists and consumers, thus leading to new product ideas and services.
④ Place for exhibition and spot-sales
At TDW, you can do spot sales regardless of your booth space.
⑤ A place for exhibitions and events
A venue not only for exhibitions, but also for various events, such as workshops and talk shows. The space can also be freely used for sound and light event production and installations/presentations.

|Step 2Concept Sheet||Please create your own concept sheet and submit it via “Concept Sheet submission form”. Please be sure to submit all the required materials within 2 weeks after your entry date.

|Application Review||Exhibition selection will be made by the TDW office on the basis of the submitted concept sheet in Step 3. The acceptance notification will be sent to each applicant by email within 4 weeks of receiving.|

|Step 4Submission of Exhibitor Contract Form||After acceptance, download the Exhibition Application Contract Form from our website, fill out all the necessary information and submit via the “Contract Submission Form”. Please send the original signed copy by postal mail by its due date.
The completed contract must be submitted in the month following your acceptance notice. Any exhibitor whose contract has not been received by its due date will be considered as withdrawn from the exhibition. The effective date of the contract shall be the receipt date by TDW office. Please note: In the event of withdrawal, exhibitors agree to pay the fees agreed in the application.
|Step 5Payment of Exhibition Fee||We will issue an invoice for Exhibition Contract Fee. Please make your payment by the terms indicated below. DATE OF CONTRACT SIGNED/ PAYMENT DUE DATE.
|Exhibitor Orientation||Exhibitor orientation is scheduled to take place in Tokyo at the end of July (May be subject to change. Please confirm dates with TDW office). Using the exhibitor manual we will be going over the specifics of administration and installment of exhibitions.
