The TV program is closely related to the design & art event "TOKYO DESIGNERS WEEK" held every autumn in Meiji-jingu Gaien, Tokyo. The program is hosted by brain scientist Ken Mogi, TV personality SHELLY and contemporary artist Sputniko! broadcasting international design & art news and opinion. The contents of the show includes special lecture "Night School" by leading designers, artists and architects, "KANSEI (sensibility) workshop" by leading designers and artists, “TOKYO DESIGNERS WEEK reports” which covers the design & art event "TOKYO DESIGNERS WEEK", an international competition "The Presentation" to promote young talents, "Opinion" where chief editors discuss currents trends in each genre, etc.

Bilingual TV 'Talent' and moderator, Shelly was born in Yokohama on May 11, 1984. Debuted as a model aged 14 after being selected by scouts, has featured in Japanese magazines "Cutie", "Spring", "Zipper", and has also worked as a radio and TV presenter on regular programs such as "Love story" and educational and entertainment programs on NHK, Tokyo MX and J-wave.

Kenichiro Mogi
Is a renowned brain scientist. Born in Tokyo on October 20, 1962. After graduating from the University of Tokyo in 1985 with a degree in science and in 1987 with a degree in law, Mogi received in 1992 a Ph.D. with the thesis "Mathematical Model of Muscle Contraction". He is currently a senior researcher at Sony computer laboratories, and a visiting professor at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.

SPUTNIKO!
Sputniko! creates machines, films and music exploring technology, feminism and pop culture. Her narrative works are produced via research investigation with scientists and specialists to critically investigate a possible future of human and technology. Born between an English mother and a Japanese father who are Mathematics professors, Sputniko! graduated high school early to study Mathematics at Imperial College, London. As she pursued her studies in Science, she grew interested in the arts which allowed her science thinking to become more communicative and widespread, leading her to study for an MA at Royal College of Art, London. In 2010, after her graduation from RCA, Sputniko!’s works were exhibited at the Contemporary Museum of Art, Tokyo. In 2011, she also exhibited her works at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.
