Tokyo Designers Week 2012

We are introducing our architectural works with a view to focus on the “people”. Within the infinitely expanded container that represents the city of TOKYO, our aim is to express our architecture have dissolved in the city and have become many scenes of people’s daily life

[Japanese Traditional Craftsmanship] + [Designability] = [New Conception of Arts & Crafts] Just see it, feel it, and enjoy it !

We are a group of friends who first met at The School of Design and Crafts (HDK) in Gothenburg, Sweden. Our eight members represent six countries, Sweden, Iran, China, Korea, USA and Japan. Enjoy our unity of multicultural design works!

We got the convenience by expanding the ICT, and at the same time, we were also changing our relationship and familiarity with things. We are thinking the way to touch our heart by using the ICT and we will make the experience.

"sen" is the furniture series which are constructed by the line having the soft movement. Six kinds of new prototype is displayed including "ippon stool" which is made of only one line and "kage table" which took in a shadow as function.

nubot is a robot utilizing smartphone,created for the staff meeting between Tokyo and Fukuoka. Recently video chat via skype (or google hangout) are used often for both work and private situation(e.g. for the family live apart due to the earthquake evacuation). And we would like to propose

Take pictures in the photo booth which makes illusion of time and space.
